It is common that people could have some food allergy. At the time of food allergy the people needs to face several problems. When you go to doctor then the people are asked to carry out blood test to find out the food allergy. To find the reason for the allergy the food test is performed. There are different test performed and every test has their pros and cons. These tests vary according to the people. As for the children the food test is different as compare to the elder people. The main reason for performing the test is to find out the antibodies from the blood so that you could find out the allergy.  

For carrying out the test the test lab is available from where the reason for the food allergy is detected by the physician. This test is an easy test which is less costly also it takes only little time to find out the outcome. In the test a small amount of blood is takes and then it is send to laboratory for the test. The blood is tested to find out whether the blood includes some antibodies which causes the particular food allergy. For the different tests the time varies which could generally take a week for the outcome of it.
